Welcome to Werner's Travel Agency

My name is Werner Schlierkamp, born in Namibia in 1957. My parents moved from Germany to  Namibia in the early 50’s. For more than 20 years I have been working as a freelance tour guide for tour operators and individuals in Namibia. Currently, I serve on the board of Tourist Guide Association of Namibia (TAN) which was established 20 years ago.

As a member of my family is in a wheelchair, we are very familiar with the requirements for the implementation of traveling with disabilities. Therefore I would like to offer these individuals the same holiday opportunity. I have put together tours that also cater for wheelchair users.

The travelling requests from travelers with disabilities (especially wheelchair), have increased tremendously. They also want visit our neighboring countries like Botswana. Many lodges have now adjusted to travelers with disabilities; the most tourist destinations are accessible for wheelchair users.

Our German-speaking tour guide/drivers will to the best of their ability let you experience our beautiful and breathtaking country, Namibia. This should be an unforgettable experience.

It will be our pleasure to have you as our guest on one of our tours. Come and experience all that Namibia has to offer, fauna, flora and bird species.

A tour can be put together according to your wishes, from lodging to camping.

Werner's Travel Agency thus offers the following tours:
• Tailor made Individual Tours
• Wheelchair Tours
• Self Drive Tours
• Guided Self Drive Tours with 4x4 RV (customers drive their own cars)
• Small Group Tours
